June 5 – 14, 2019 | For serious dancers ages 8-25
Participants will be immersed in classical ballet training. The intense schedule will strengthen the student’s technique and will also provide students the opportunity to explore new movement, such as variations, partnering, character, modern, Broadway dance, and stretch & conditioning. Students will be inspired by distinguished guest faculty: Lydia Relle – Company Dancer with Ballet Arizona, Durante Verzola – Suzanne Farrell Ballet Dancer and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Guest Instructor, and Roberto Muñoz – SSDI Director and Former Director of Pittsburgh Ballet School, as well as accomplished instructors from the Ballet Conservatory.
There will be four technique levels offered: Beginner (Ballet I), Intermediate (Ballet IB & II), Int. Advanced (Ballet III & IV) and Advance (Ballet V & VI).
