Organization: Ballet Conservatory of South Texas (“BCSTX,” “we,” “us,” “our”) By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems;
  • upload or transmit viruses or harmful code;
  • interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and designs — is owned by BCSTX or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. 3) Ticket Sales, Registrations & Payments
If the Site offers ticket sales, class registration, tuition payments, camps, events, or donations:

  • BCSTX may refuse or cancel transactions at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).

4) Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund policies may vary depending on the product or service (tickets, tuition, camps, events, merchandise). Unless otherwise stated on the specific registration page:

  • Tickets and event fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by BCSTX.
  • Donations are non-refundable.
  • Tuition/class refunds (if offered) follow the published studio policies.
  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, BCSTX will provide available options such as credit, transfer, or refund where applicable.

5) Donations
BCSTX accepts charitable donations. Donations are final and non-refundable. BCSTX will provide donation confirmations/receipts as required.

6) Merchandise & Third-Party Fulfillment
BCSTX merchandise may be offered through a third-party vendor or fulfillment partner. All merchandise orders, payments, shipping, delivery timelines, returns, and exchanges are managed by that vendor and are subject to the vendor’s terms and policies. BCSTX does not process or fulfill merchandise orders directly and is not responsible for order fulfillment, shipping delays, delivery issues, lost packages, or vendor return/exchange decisions. If you have a question about a merchandise order, please contact the vendor directly using the contact information provided at checkout or on the vendor’s website.

7) Photo/Video Notice (Events & Studio Activities)
BCSTX may take photos or videos during classes, rehearsals, or events for marketing, promotional, educational, or archival purposes. If you have concerns, please contact us at info@balletconservatory.org for opt-out procedures when possible.

8) Links to Third Parties
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, ticketing platforms, social media). BCSTX is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

9) Disclaimer
